Volusia-Flagler ENA Chapter 340

The next chapter meeting will be held October 26th, at 1830 (6:30 PM) at the Olive Garden on International Speedway Blvd. in Daytona Beach.

Election of officer for 2012 will be held, and Phillips will be making a presentation.

The next meeting of the Volusia-Flagler Chapter will be on May 26th at 7PM at the Malibu Beach Grill.

A Trauma Nurse Core Curriculum class has been scheduled as follows:

Dates: June 15th and 16th

Place: Florida Hospital Memorial Medical Center (Ormond Beach)

The Florida State Chapter of the ENA has put out a new petition to the Florida Board of Nursing asking them to allow nurses to continue to give medications for conscious sedation/procedural sedation/moderate sedation in the ER.
Please click on the link and sign the petition! This WILL affect our practice!! At the end of the petition, it will ask you for a donation. This is OPTIONAL and you don’t have to do it. Once you enter your name and email on the first page and click “next”, your name is already entered on the petition. You can close the window out after that without making a donation. PLEASE sign this petition!
